Surgical clamps and shears save lives

While the military situation just a few kilometres from these colleagues' clinic is becoming increasingly dramatic, they are trying day after day to save as many lives and preserve as much health as they can. In addition to the daily airstrikes on Kharkiv, the clinic is also challenged by dozens of injured soldiers who need humane care brought in around the clock. There is a shortage of bandages and suture material, surgical instruments and equipment for surgeries. Week after week, we send high-quality consumables and equipment or spare parts that are precisely tailored to local needs. Following an appeal a few weeks ago, thanks to your help we are now able to supply requests for surgical tools. These incoming deliveries are a visible source of hope for our colleagues.
